Deliveries

1. GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS

1.1. All orders placed through the Simgear.bg website are fulfilled by an external courier.

1.2. For orders outside Bulgaria, the delivery cost is added to the customer’s cart and can be seen before the order is confirmed.

1.3. All courier shipments must have a declared value equal to the value of the products in the customer's cart.

1.4. Simgear.bg is not responsible for delayed, partially or fully damaged deliveries, nor for potential losses caused by third parties due to the courier company. In the event of such an incident, please contact us for assistance.

2. DELIVERY TIME

2.1. Orders placed by registered users on the platform after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

2.2. Different products on the platform have different delivery times. This period is specified on each individual product page just above the price. However, there may be discrepancies between the announced and actual delivery time due to the nature of the products and external suppliers we work with. In this case, the force majeure condition described in the Terms and Conditions of the website applies.

2.3. Estimated delivery times:

• Up to 2 business days; (for orders including available products);
• Up to 3 business days; (for orders including partially available products);
• Up to 5 business days; (for orders including partially available products);
• Up to 10 business days; (for orders requiring shipment from a domestic supplier);
• Up to 20 business days; (for orders requiring shipment from an international supplier);

The above-mentioned delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on official holidays and weekends in both the country and abroad. For more information, feel free to contact us.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

The delivery period outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria varies depending on the zone the respective country falls into. To calculate the approximate delivery times, you can use the following formula: A + B. The "A" parameter can be found on every product page just above the price field. For the "B" parameter, you can use the following table:

4. DELIVERY OPTIONS

4.1. Each shipped order is sent with the "Declared Value" option, which serves as a transport insurance.

4.2. Each shipped order is updated by one of our employees, and the customer receives a notification at the provided email address along with the tracking number.

4.3. The "Cash on Delivery" option is available only for certain categories on the website (For more information, please check the Payments section).
